UNITED RICE & IMO SHOCHU
The first spin-out project of United Rice Ball was to make shochu! Yamatozakura brewery made Imo Shochu using koji made from 2 rices from Japan and Thailand. We held launch event of this (maybe first ever in the history) shochu in Chompoo, famous thai food restaurant in Shibuya, serving special cocktails using this united rice & imo shochu.
